We truly hope you love everything you order from A Little Mess Studio. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If an item isn’t of acceptable quality but the issue isn’t major, you’re entitled to have it repaired or replaced.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of heart, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

As a small business, we kindly ask that return shipping costs for change of mind returns are covered by the customer. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, growing studio 🤍

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please note that sale items are final sale unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at hello@alittlemess.studio with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. If a return is needed due to a fault or major failure, we’ll cover reasonable return postage costs.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
