Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods or launches, processing times may be slightly longer — we truly appreciate your patience.

Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

All parcels include tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your happy mail on its way to you.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the postal carrier and may vary. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
